Quality
Quality philosophy
Every lot ships on data, not on claims. A product is released only when three QC layers - identity, interaction and biological function - all pass. Data that does not pass is not published; availability is adjusted instead.
Three-layer QC standards
| Family | Layer 1 - Identity & physical | Layer 2 - Interaction | Layer 3 - Function |
|---|---|---|---|
| Soluble ECD proteins (FcRn, CD16a, ...) | SDS-PAGE & SEC >=95% monomer - endotoxin <=0.1 EU/ug - MS/sequence verification | SPR KD vs named reference (pH-dual measurement for FcRn) | Application-matched functional assay |
| Cytokines (IL-15, IL-21, IL-7, ...) | SDS-PAGE & SEC - endotoxin <=0.05 EU/ug | Receptor binding (e.g. IL-15Ra) | ED50 proliferation assay - mandatory for release |
| Matched pairs (TIGIT-CD155, CD47-SIRPa) | Per-molecule identity & SEC monomer state | Bidirectional KD (SPR/BLI) + blockade | Competition/blockade >=70% |
| CAR detection antigens (CD19, BCMA) | SEC - endotoxin - Avi-biotin tagging QC | CAR/reference-antibody binding (SPR/BLI/FACS) | FACS positivity / CAR-binding verification |
Layer-3 data is mandatory for cytokines, matched pairs and CAR antigens - no release without it.
Lot-to-lot consistency
Matched-reference philosophy: every member of a tool set is QC'd against the same reference antibody set, so sensorgrams and functional readouts stay comparable across lots.
Documentation
Every batch ships with a COA covering identity, purity, endotoxin, binding kinetics and the functional layer. Protocols for paired assays are published on this site.
Shipping & storage
Cold-chain shipping per product class (dry ice where stated), formulation and storage conditions on each COA.
Scientific support
Questions before or after purchase go to a scientist, not a ticket queue.
